Yes, I saw it. I think the story was interesting.

Io invece non sono d'accordo, secondo me era un po’ noioso.

I disagree, I thought it was a bit boring.

Capisco, forse a me è piaciuto il ritmo veloce.

I understand, maybe I liked the fast pace.

Qual è la tua scena preferita?

What is your favorite scene?

Mi è piaciuta la scena finale, molto emozionante.

I liked the final scene, very exciting.

Ti è piaciuto il film?

Did you like the movie?

Per me è stato troppo lungo e poco coinvolgente.

For me, it was too long and not very engaging.

Davvero? A me invece è sembrato molto realistico.

Really? I thought it was very realistic.

Penso che il finale fosse prevedibile.

I think the ending was predictable.

Forse, ma gli attori hanno fatto un buon lavoro.

Example 1

Preferisci andare al ristorante italiano o a quello giapponese?

Do you prefer going to the Italian restaurant or the Japanese one?

Io preferisco l'italiano, mi piace la pasta.

I prefer the Italian one, I like pasta.

A me invece piace la cucina giapponese, è più leggera.

I like Japanese cuisine more, it is lighter.

Capisco, ma l'italiano è più tradizionale.

I understand, but Italian is more traditional.

Hai ragione, però il giapponese ha piatti più innovativi.

You're right, but Japanese has more innovative dishes.

Forse potremmo provare il giapponese questa volta.

Maybe we could try the Japanese one this time.

Where do you want to have dinner tonight?

Penso che il ristorante vicino al centro sia migliore.

I think the restaurant near the center is better.

I think it's a good opportunity to grow.

Sono d'accordo, però la distanza è un problema.

Forse possiamo negoziare qualche giorno di lavoro da casa.

Instruction:

During an important meeting, I always express my opinion clearly. Today, while the boss presents the new project, you listen carefully and then propose some improvement ideas. We believe that collaboration is fundamental to achieve excellent results. After the discussion, all of us decide to work together to meet the deadlines.
